How to check out the PMAY list online
- The first step is to land on the official website of the PMAY.
- You will see the menu bar. You have to hit the ‘Select Beneficiary’ tab.
- Once you do that, a drop-down menu will appear.
- Now, you have to choose the ‘Search by Name’ option from the drop-down menu.
- You have to enter your correct name as per your Aadhaar Card or the one you have applied for the scheme with. Once done, you have to hit the ‘Search’ option.
After hitting the ‘Search’ button, PMAY scheme applicants will be able to access the PMAY list.
There is nothing to worry about if your name is not displayed on the PMAY list. It denotes that your name is yet to be added to the list.
Anyone not having a pucca home anywhere in India can apply for the PMAY. You can also enjoy a home loan interest subsidy of up to 6.5% or Rs.2.67 lakh. It differs as per your yearly income level ranging between Rs.3 lakh and Rs.18 lakh.
