The Revenue Council of the UP government has introduced the Bhulekh UP website to provide easy access to the land records in Uttar Pradesh. By establishing this portal, the UP government also digitized the land records that are done manually earlier. This led to a sharp decline in corruption cases. Bhulekh UP provides utmost convenience to all the landowners in UP. If you own land in Uttar Pradesh, you can follow these steps to get the records:
Step 1: Go to the site of Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh and open the ‘Khatoni’ link which will be available on its homepage.
Step 2: Enter the captcha code details as it is appears on your display. Select the correct district and tehsil from the available lists.
Step 3: Finally, you can choose the village name and enter details like Gata number, landholder name, or account number. The land records can be searched in the Bhulekh UP from any of these three details.
Step 4: Now, you will be able to view all the details of the land on the screen. You can also save the screenshot of the page for further use. You can also view the map of your land by using the Bhulekh Naksha option that will be visible on your screen.
The other services offered by Bhulekh UP include stamp registration services, complaint registration, revenue suit, e-district, and tracking of complaints or grievances. With the help of this portal, you can check the land records of the UP on the go. It also helps the government to remove the inconsistencies and errors that tend to happen due to the manual handling of the records. Also, it saves your valuable time and effort while finding the details related to a particular piece of land in UP.
